So what do we do when new goals come up after we’ve already named another? Oh yes! I have experienced this a lot.
I fixed it by creating an over lighting goal. It is: I HAVE UNBENDING INTENTION.
This made me clarify exactly those things I am certain I want, and, by writing the words UNBENDING INTENTION on top of my goal sheet, and then visualising and affirming it, I got settled and focussed on my main goals.
Changing those goals? I do fine tune them when I get an impulse, and I find that a beneficial process, but after 3 weeks of doing the unbending intention goal, I got centred and strong in those goals.
